Break Shuttles for

Grinnell College Students

**PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO FUEL COSTS**

PLEASE NOTE:
 When making your shuttle reservation,
RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED
(airline name, flight number, arrival time).
Your shuttle transportation cannot be guaranteed until
Hamilton Travel receives your return flight information.

SHUTTLE SPACE IS LIMITED. PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY!


DEPART/RETURN LOCATION:
 ALL break shuttles leave from and return to the East Street / East Campus Driveway (located across from the Security Parking Lot -- 9th Avenue drop off).

THE FOLLOWING RATES ARE EFFECTIVE BEGINNING WITH
FALL BREAK, 2008

Grinnell / DesMoines Airport

 Reservations must be made with Hamilton Travel during regular business hours.
Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (641) 236-3600 or 1-800-348-7285

Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Cost is $30 each way. Reservations made 7 days or less prior to the break will be assessed a late fee of $5 each way. If no reservation is made prior to departure day, students may ride on a 'space available' basis. Cost for shuttle without a reservation is $60 and must be paid by cash or credit card. Luggage limit: Two pieces stowed under the bus and one small carry-on bag per seat booked. MAXIMUM WEIGHT PER PIECE IS 50 lbs. EXTRA PIECES AND/OR OVERWEIGHT PIECES WILL BE CHARGED $20 PER PIECE (cash or check only). No bicycles. Shuttle tickets are non-refundable. If you miss your originally scheduled shuttle, a cost of $30 will be charged for a reservation on a shuttle leaving at a later time and is on a SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS ONLY.

If no reservation is made prior to departure day, students may ride on a 'space available' basis. Cost for shuttle without a reservation is $140 and must be paid by cash or credit card. Luggage limit: Two pieces stowed under the bus and one small carry-on bag per seat booked. MAXIMUM WEIGHT PER PIECE IS 50 lbs. EXTRA PIECES AND/OR OVERWEIGHT PIECES WILL BE CHARGED $20 PER PIECE (cash or check only). No bicycles. Shuttle tickets are non-refundable.
