Smith Hall and Hannibal Kershaw Hall residents and their guests are committed to promoting a substance-free lifestyle by refraining from the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other illicit substances within Smith and Hannibal Kershaw Hall. Residents will exercise prudence when partaking in the consumption of substances such as alcohol, tobacco, and other illicit substances at outside venues.
