Accessibility at Grinnell College

The Office of Institutional Planning seeks to enhance accessibility at Grinnell College by working with:

1. Various offices in the budget planning process to implement the strategic plan's goals of enhancing diversity and improving students' and faculty and staff members' sense of ambition, adventure, and well-being;

2. Facilities Management to improve our existing buildings and pathways; in accordance with our Facilities Accessibility Plan.

3. Planning groups and architects to ensure that our new buildings are accessible.

4. The Special Assistant to the President for Diversity and Achievement in work to improve accessibility at Grinnell College;

5. Ad hoc campus groups concerned with disability and accessibility; and

6. Consultants to assess the campus's facilities and processes.
