Grinnell College has a one-third time replacement position as Lecturer in the Writing Lab. This position will be a two year term position.

In this position a MA is preferred; experience in teaching undergraduates required. Teaching composition in individual writing conferences using papers students write for a wide array of college courses, and sharing administrative duties with other members of the Writing Lab staff. Must be capable of working under stress with minimal supervision and frequent interruptions. In letters of application, candidates should discuss their interest teaching in an undergraduate, liberal-arts environment that emphasizes close student-faculty interaction and values diversity.
