VPN (Virtual Private Network) is available to Grinnell College Faculty and Staff to access the college's local network from a remote location.

A VPN connection provides secure network tunnel between the remote client and the local network which enables the client to have access to network resources as though connected to the local network.

February 2008 -- VPN network upgrade. Existing installed clients must import a new connection profile. Upgrade Instructions (pdf).
