Opt-in Listserve Form Instructions

Please fill out the following form, making your selections based on what type of activity that you want on your listserve. Call your support team leader at x4901 if you have any questions.

List Detail


Name of your list (8 Character Max) - This will be the name people see (ex - mylist@lyris.grinnell.edu)

Long Name for list. Can be a lot more descriptive, will appear as the "From" name on any emails sent (ex - "Mark's Internet Mail List")

Administrator(s) of the list email address. In most cases, this is you, and will be the only person allowed to send out to the list.

What Type of List is This?

In an announcement list, only the owner or designee(s) can post to the list. A discussion list allows all members to send.
