Take a noon break in the Faulconer Gallery, and practice yoga with Jennifer Mavin and enjoy our exhibitions, "Body/Image and Ukucwebezela: To Shine
Contemporary Zulu Ceramics."
Jennifer Mavin engages participants in a warm and welcoming style of yoga accessible to all ages, abilities, and experience levels. She believes strongly in the power of yoga to transform individuals through breathing, strength, flexibility, mental focus, body awareness, and self acceptance. Free and open to the public. No experience necessary. Mats provided.
