Grinnell hosts MWC Women's Golf Championships

Grinnell College hosts the three-day tournament beginning Friday at Grinnell Golf and Country Club. Action Friday and Saturday begin at 10 a.m., with Sunday's round starting at 8 a.m. Illinois College is seeking its sixth team crown in a row, while Andrea Liebelt of St. Norbert College looks to defend her individual crown. Grinnell has been paced this season by Amy Livingston '09, who is coming off a third-place individual finish at the Mount Mercy Mustang Four Ball Classic last weekend. She has already established the second-best score in Pioneer history during the 2008 campaign. The Pioneers' MWC tourney lineup will be rounded out by Jordan Heguy '09, Ashlen Matzdorf '11, Elaine Teo '12, Stephanie Goggin '10 and Evelyn Anderson '12.
