I am working for a company in the bio tech field. The company's main development interests are in the field of capillary electrophoresis, the process of separating proteins through a capillary with a high voltage potential. I have been doing some development on data analysis in the software side of the project. I have also been given the job of restarting development one particular project. The main goal of the project is to provide an automated system of counting cells on a slide image, so I have been doing quite a bit of research in the fields of image processing and pattern recognition for that as well.
