- 8 staff on site- director, assistant director, 5 RAs, someone at the front desk
- kitchens: large fridge, 2 microwaves, toaster, oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric kettle, plates, pots, normal silverware- nice feeling, cleaned 2/wk
- transportation: bus stop out front (either #11 or #19 to get to the GIL site, ½ hr ride to site), 4-5 bike racks next to bus stop
- cottonwood tree out front reminiscent of the Grinnell College campus!
- bedrooms: 2 sets of sheets, duvet cover, duvet, pillow, lockable amour (hanging), desk with moveable bookcase, 2 data ports per room, direct phone line with own number, students must clean bedrooms themselves, heat is individually controlled in each bedroom
- can purchase phone cards (In Style brand) for about 2p/min
- en suite bathroom: heated towel rack, cleaned 1/wk, shower, sink, toilet
- laundry room: 10 standard American washers, 10 standard American driers, 1 pound wash or dry
- noise curfew during the week
- Chelsea- a great & calm neighborhood
