Faculty House, a charming white two-story house with a welcoming front porch, is located at 1303 Park Street. It was established in 1984 "in order to further the collegiality of the faculty" (according to its brief constitution).
Faculty members use the house as a quiet place to grade papers or prepare for classes. Morning coffee, lunches, and other scheduled activities are also held for faculty, and several senior faculty members have offices on the second floor. Coffee, tea, and pastries are available for faculty in the two lounges, dining room, and meeting room.
