The College's cooling plant is set just south of 10th Avenue near the North Campus residence halls.
It is a state of the art Centrifugal chiller plant that was expanded from three 450 ton chiller capacity with two additional 650 ton chillers and associated equipment. The new pumping system and underground distribution feeds buildings to the north of 8th Avenue.
